  Where do I begin...First I gave you one star out of the goodness of my heart. Time and time again, I have given them an opportunity to redeem themselves and once again they failed. We were there around 4:30 pm. Customer service is negative, management is negative and staff is poorly managed. I/we always find ourselves disappointed every time but this will definitely be the last. The waitress on duty had not been properly trained; the other staff didn't see the need to assist her while she was the only one on duty. We had to FIND our own utensils; never asked if we wanted refills and our order was incorrect. I'm not sure who owns this location but you need to revamp and retrain your management staff. If within the next month you can't seem to accept these constructive critics, you need to close this restaurant. Why would the cashier need a chair to process transactions? Once again, our last and final visit to this location.
